Jason Duncan, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, created BAKE to pursue his love for cooking and baking bread. A country known as being a melting pot of cultures, Trinidad and Tobago's food is as diverse as their people. The fusion of exotic spices of traditional island food with Jason's personal twist of seasoning, results in a variety of unique and delectable dishes. By using simple, all natural ingredients, his food is reminiscent of wholesome, home-style cooking.
Sandra Cipriani, originally from Upstate New York, met Jason while attending the College of Charleston. Since cooking is not a favorite pastime for Sandy, she prefers to focus on the organization of the events for BAKE!
